Software: Why is there no dosimetry data for a headset on Peak?
For data to appear on the Peak cloud platform a number of conditions must be satisfied:
- The headset must have been turned on and used so it records the noise levels.
- The headset must have been in range of a SmartHub device. The SmartHub is our gateway device and it is recommended this is located in proximity of where helmets ear defenders and PPE are stored.
- The Hub must be powered on and connected to the internet (via it's internal cellular or an external Ethernet connection)
