Hardware: Do our devices record sound from operators or the environment?

No. Our hardware only monitors the sound levels, no sound or speech is ever recorded.

The sound levels are monitored over 10 second periods and then the average value for each period is recorded to memory. e.g. 80 dB(A).

So for 1 minute of of the FocusLite usage it will only store and communicate 6 sound level readings back to our Peak cloud platform.
