Health Watch & FocusLite Pairing Instructions

Before you start you will need the following:

• FocusLite serial number 
• Name of the user
• Email address of the user

Login to your Peak account using the web address live.eave.io

You will need to enter your username and password - your username is your work email address and your password will be your selected password upon verifying your account. 

If you have forgotten your password you can use the ‘forgotten password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset your password.

First we need to make sure that the individual is listed in the personnel section. In order to do this, navigate to the ‘Personnel’ button on the left hand side of the page.

Then click on the ‘Add Personnel’ button on the top right hand side of the page.

You will need to type in the user's name and select their workgroup from the drop down menu.

Ensure the user account box is left blank for now

Note: If a workgroup does not exist or you need to create a workgroup, click on the ‘Manage Workgroup' button on the top right hand side of the page. This is still within the ‘Personnel’ section of Peak.

Click on ‘Add Workgroup’ on the top right hand side of the page

Enter the workgroup name and click ‘Create’

You will now be able to navigate back to ‘Add Personnel’ and assign the user to the correct workgroup.

Now that you have assigned the personnel, we can now move on to assigning the user to their FocusLite headset.

Navigate to the ‘Daily View’ button on the left hand side of the page

Use the search bar to type in the FocusLite serial number

On this page, click on the ‘Headset Assignment’ button on the top right hand side of the page

Click on the ‘Change Assignments’ button on the top right hand side of the page

If the FocusLite is unassigned, click on the blue plus sign next to the FocusLite you wish to assign. In the ‘Search by Person’ box, click on the users name and ‘Save’

If the headset that you need to assign is in use by another user and you wish to change this, click on the red cross button next to the FocusLite

A pop up will appear and ask you to confirm that you would like to assign the headset from its current user- click ‘Yes’

You are now free to click on the blue plus button and assign to the correct user

Once you have completed the assignment, make sure that you press ‘Stop Editing’ to save the changes

Now we are going to create the user's mobile user account in Peak. This step is required to allow the user to sign in on the HealthWatch app and sync their headset.

In order to do this you will want to navigate to the ‘Accounts’ button in Peak on the left hand side of the page.

Then you will need to click ‘Add User’ on the top right hand side.

Click on the drop down arrow under Role and select ‘Mobile User’

Input the users work email address and select a password that meets the password criteria in the popup window.

The user will need the password to login on the Health Watch app so we would recommend noting down their password and providing them with it. After the initial login, they can then change the password to something personal by following the forgotten password prompt upon login.

Re-enter the password in the confirm password box, select their name from the personnel drop down section and press create.

An verification email will now be sent to the users work email address asking them to verify their account. Once this has been completed, we can now power up the Health Watch and begin the assignment piece. 

Power on the Heath Watch

Long press and hold the power button located on the top right of the watch until you feel a vibration and the watch powers on.

Once the Health Watch is powered on, navigate to the Eave Health Watch app. In order to do this scroll up on the watch face and click on the app.

A QR code should then appear.

Using a phone, scan the QR code generated on the Health Watch app. This will then take you to the Peak login page and ask you to enter the users work email address and password that was generated upon creating their account. 

Once you are successfully logged in, the user’s account, FocusLite and Watch should now be 

Paired.

In order to test this, switch on the FocusLite headset by holding down the power button for at least three seconds. A voice prompt with ‘power on’ and a flashing LED on the side of the ear cup will confirm this.

Navigate to the Watches home screen. Here you should be able to see the FocusLite serial number with a green dot confirming the connection, the name of the user and the noise dose presented on the bottom left of the watch.
